چکیده

Traction between a football shoe and the playing surface influences players’ ability to perform football-specific movements. Too little traction means player might slip. much is thought increase risk of injury due foot fixation on turf. Rotational linked increased in football. Elite increasingly played hybrid reinforced natural grass surfaces. Our aim assess magnitude rotational one new turf system compare that (control) surface. Nine different Football shoes from three outsole groups (artificial grass, firm ground, soft ground) were loaded onto portable shoe-surface machine collect data two surfaces (1. Natural Rye 2. A system) at single testing session. Peak was significantly across models (F = 379.8, df 8, p < 0.0001) 387.4, 2, .0001). No significant difference found after considering minimal detectable change (MDC) device. Wide-ranging differences peak individual soccer groups. The Adidas Nemesis (AG) showed lowest Nike Vision (SG) had highest (MD 28.7 N.m; 95% CIs 26.4–30.9; 0.0001). artificial group values while ground highest. This objective can help with more informed footwear choices for this type minimize lower extremity injury.

A Meta-Analysis of Soccer Injuries on Artificial Turf and Natural Grass

The goal of this investigation was to determine if playing or training on third-generation artificial turf (AT) surfaces increases the incidence rate of injuries compared to natural grass (NG) surfaces. This was accomplished by a meta-analysis performed on previously published research. Eight studies met the criteria of competitive soccer players, participation on both surfaces, and presentatio...

Comparison of physiological responses to an incremental running test on treadmill, natural grass, and synthetic turf in young soccer players.

This study aimed to compare the physiological responses to a running test often used to assess lactate thresholds in soccer players when performed with an identical protocol on treadmill (Tr), natural grass (Nat), and synthetic turf (Synt). Eighteen young soccer players (mean +/- SD: age, 17.4 +/- 0.8 years; body mass, 66.2 +/- 6.7 kg; height, 175.8 +/- 5.7 cm) performed on each surface a multi...
